Per our communication on Monday, August 10, 2020, Prospera learned of an employee who tested positive for coronavirus at the Menasha location. The Menasha branch has been professionally cleaned and will reopen for business with drive-up only Thursday, August 13, 2020, until further notice.
The employee has sought medical treatment and is now in self-quarantine. First and foremost, our thoughts are with the employee and their family. For privacy reasons, the individual’s name will not be shared.
Rest assured our lobbies remain open at our other four locations, as well as our call center. We strongly encourage you to use the many electronic services we offer if and when possible. Continue to check our emails, our Safer at Home resource page, and social media pages for the latest updates.
Important things to know:
1. We cannot release the name due to HIPPA.
2. If both member and employee were masked, had plexi glass between them, were 6 feet apart and the interaction was less than 15 minutes, the likelihood of exposure is very unlikely. (Even any combo of these precautions reduce the possibility of spread. For example, both being masked and spoke for less than 15 minutes.)
3. Staff has been regularly wiping down surfaces.
4. Of course, if you begin to show symptoms, please call your doctor.
