El plan es volver a poner el sistema en l\u00ednea durante el d\u00eda del jueves 29 de julio (la hora exacta se anunciar\u00e1).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"c-wp-block--paragraph\">\n<p><br>Cuando llame a Telmate escuchar\u00e1 el siguiente mensaje:<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"c-wp-block--paragraph\">\n<p><br><strong>\u201cWe\u2019re sorry, the phone banking system is currently unavailable. We expect the system to be available again by the end of the day on Thursday, July 29. At that time you will need to log in using the last 4 digits of your Social Security number instead of your previous PIN. Then you\u2019ll be walked through the instructions to change your PIN to a new permanent one.\u00a0In the meantime, you can access your accounts via online or mobile banking, or contact the credit union directly for assistance and we\u2019ll be happy to help.\u201d<\/strong><br><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"c-wp-block--paragraph\">\n<p>The maintenance Telmate is performing will require that once the system comes back online, ALL members must start with a new temporary password and reset it immediately to a new one the first time they log in.\u00a0When the system is brought back online we\u2019ll adjust the message again to explain this.\u00a0Watch for more instructions coming over the next couple of days.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"c-wp-block--paragraph\">\n<p>Nos disculpamos sinceramente por cualquier inconveniente que esto haya causado.<\/p>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Telmate Phone System Update Telmate has uncovered an issue and will be applying a fix this week.
