We're sending your new debit card to the address we have on file. Make sure we've got the right one! Here's how you can easily change your address:

via the Prospera CU app:

Click Menu at the bottom right corner of the screen

Select Settings

Hit Profile

Enter your current address, click Save Changes

Stop by one of our six locations or call 920.882.4800!

GETTING STARTED WITH YOUR NEW CARD

Activate Your Card: Follow the step-by-step instructions included with your card to activate it. Activation is quick and easy.


Set Your PIN: You’ll find instructions for setting up your personal identification number (PIN) as well. Be sure to choose a memorable yet secure PIN - no birthdays or anniversaries!


Update Autopays and Subscriptions: Swap out the old card number with your new one on any autopay accounts or subscriptions. This keeps your services going without interruption.

Why is my debit card being replaced?

Your debit card is being replaced to provide you with enhanced features, improved security, and a better overall banking experience.


When will I receive my new debit card?

You can expect to receive your new card by June 12, 2024. Is your address up to date?


Do I need to activate my new debit card?

Yes, you will need to activate your new debit card before using it. Activation instructions will be provided along with your new card.


Will my card number and PIN remain the same?

No, your new debit card will come with a new card number and PIN. Detailed instructions will be included with your new card.


Can I continue using my current debit card until I receive the new one?

Yes, your current debit card will remain functional until your new card is activated. Once activated, please securely destroy your old card. IMPORTANT: Your current MasterCard debit card will not work as of July 1, 2024.


Are there any changes to my account or account terms with the new card?

Yes. There are expected updated to account terms with this transition. Any changes will be communicated to you in advance.


What should I do if my new card doesn't arrive or if there are issues with activation?

If you encounter any issues with receiving or activating your new card, please contact our call center team for assistance.


Is there a cost associated with the new card?

No, there is no cost associated with the new card. It will be provided to you free of charge.


Will my automatic payments or recurring transactions be affected by the card replacement?

Yes, you may need to update your card information for any automatic payments or recurring transactions linked to your current debit card. We recommend reviewing your payment arrangements and making any necessary updates – better yet, let us pay your bill for you!


How do I dispose of my old debit card securely?

To dispose of your old debit card securely, we recommend shredding it or cutting it into pieces before discarding it.
