Money Transfer

Let's move some money! With Penny, transferring funds is a breeze. Simply say "Money Transfer" or "Make a Transfer," or press 1 to get started. Then specify the accounts involved, the amount, and when you want it done - whether it's immediately, on a specific date, or as a recurring transfer. Let Penny handle the rest, ensuring your money moves where you need it, when you need it.


To initiate a money transfer with Penny:

  1. Say "Money Transfer" / "Make a Transfer" or press 1
  2. Specify the accounts involved
  3. Set the amount (minimum $1)
  4. Choose when you want the transfer to occur, (immediate, on a specific date, or as a recurring transfer)

Loan Payments

Ready to stay on top of your loan payments? Penny has you covered! Just say "Loan Payment" or press 5, then let Penny know whether you're making a loan payment or a credit card payment. Choose the PCU account you'd like to pay from and select the specific loan or credit card to pay. With Penny, it's as simple as that - your payment is processed seamlessly. Need to pay from a non-PCU account? Penny will send you a text with a link to complete the payment.


To make a loan payment with Penny:

  1. Say "Loan Payment" or press #5
  2. Select "Loan Payment" or "Credit Card Payment"
  3. Choose the PCU account you want to pay from
  4. Select the specific loan or credit card to pay
  5. Your payment is processed!
