As you begin repairs and recovery, it’s important to stay alert and protect yourself from potential scams. Keep an eye out for these major red flags:

  • Upfront payment demands – Be cautious if a contractor asks for large deposits or full payment before work begins.
  • No written contract – Always get details in writing. Verbal agreements aren’t enough.
  • Too-good-to-be-true pricing – Extremely low bids may signal shortcuts, poor quality work, or a scam.
  • High-pressure tactics – Be wary of anyone rushing your decision with “limited-time” offers or urgent deadlines.
  • Unlicensed or uninsured – Reputable contractors should be able to provide proof of licensing and insurance without hesitation.

² 90-Day Payment Deferral: No payments are required for the first 90 days. Interest will begin accruing immediately during this 90-day no-payment period.

•Waived Fees: Our $25 processing fee will be completely waived for this offer.
