Summer Reading Challenge

Looking for a fun way to keep your little readers turning pages this summer? We’ve got you covered!

Prospera’s Summer Reading Challenge is here to add a little extra excitement and rewards to every book they finish. From July 1 through September 4, 2026, young readers can dive into great stories and earn extra savings along the way!

Here's how it works:
Grab a Reading Log! You can download it online or pick one up at any of our six branch locations and start tracking those reading minutes! Each entry should be at least 15 minutes of reading time. Once your log is full, simply bring it into any Prospera branch, and we’ll celebrate your reader’s dedication with a $10 deposit into their savings account, because hard work deserves a reward!

Who’s Eligible?

Any child aged 14 or under who has a savings account with Prospera Credit Union can participate! Don’t have a savings account for your child(ren)? Open one today to help them start reading and saving!

1The Daisy Dollar Rewards Program is available to individuals ages 0-14 for deposits made to their Prospera Shared Savings Account. Qualifying accounts must have a parent or legal guardian as a joint owner and require a minimum deposit of $5 to open.
