First Time Logging in?
Getting started is easy:
- Click the blue "Account Login" button at the top of any page on our website. Then click on "Or, Register with Online Banking."
- Click “Enroll Now”.
- Set your username, password, and security questions.
Digital Wallet
A mobile wallet lets you pay quickly, easily, and securely, all with your smartphone. Add your Prospera debit or credit card to your Wallet app to get started.

Digital Banking FAQs
1. Log in to the Prospera mobile app or online banking
2. Tap “Pay” in the mobile app or choose “Pay My Bills” in online banking
3. Select Enroll in Bill Pay
4. Click Manage Billers
5. Choose the biller you want to pay or add a new one
6. Follow the on-screen prompts to finish setup
Once enrolled, you’ll be able to view and schedule payments whenever you need.
1. Log in to Online Banking or open the Prospera mobile app
2. Open the menu
On desktop: click the three dots at the top
On mobile: tap the three lines, then select More
3. Select Documents & Statements
4. Follow the prompts to enroll in eStatements
1. Open our mobile app
2. Select Deposit
3. Enroll
1. Include the signature of all payees listed on the check
2. All payees must be listed as owners on the deposit account
3. Be sure to write: “For Mobile Deposit Only.”
1. Log in to online banking or through the Prospera mobile app
2. Select the profile icon (circle with a torso)
On desktop: Click Switch Accounts.
On mobile:
Tap More in the bottom menu, then select the profile icon.
Tap Settings, then Switch Accounts.
If you already have switch accounts set up, select the account you want to access.
If not, choose Add a Switch Account and enter the login credentials for the account you want to switch to.
3. Once added, your switch accounts will appear:
On desktop: under the profile icon
On mobile: in Menu > Switch Profiles
1. Log in to online banking or through the Prospera mobile app.
On desktop: Click the three dots (ellipsis) in the top navigation and select Alerts.
On mobile:Tap Menu at the bottom of the screen, then select Alerts.
2. From there, choose:
– Subscription Alerts
– Security Alerts
– Alert History
On desktop:
1. Click the ellipsis (three dots) in the top navigation and select Travel Notice.
2. From the left-hand menu, you can: enter a new travel notice, view, or stop scheduled travel notices
3. Fill in the requested information and submit
On mobile:
1. Tap Menu in the bottom navigation.
2. Select More, then choose Travel Notice.
3. From the top navigation, you can: enter a new travel notice, view, or stop scheduled travel notices
4. Fill in the requested information and submit
1. Log in to online banking or through the Prospera mobile app
2. Select the account associated with your debit card (typically a checking account)
3. Choose Card Services from the top menu
5. Select the card you want to manage by clicking the caret next to the debit card image and name
6. Toggle Card Locked/Unlocked to lock or unlock your card
1. Log in to online banking or through the Prospera mobile app
2. Choose your card and push continue
3. Select a description, click submit
