Security Alerts
Security Alerts Sent Via Email and Text
We’re excited to provide an update about a new enhancement to our online banking security alerts!
Our security alerts notify you of specific online banking activity on your Prospera account(s), helping you stay aware and prevent potential fraud.
By default, security alerts are sent by email. Beginning Wednesday, March 11, 2026, we’ll start sending these alerts via both email and Push Notifications to devices with Push Notifications enabled in the app settings.
This update adds an extra layer of protection and helps ensure you receive important security notifications as quickly as possible.
If you haven’t already enabled Push Notifications, now is a great time to do so! It’s an easy way to stay informed and help protect your accounts from potential fraud.
Prefer to continue receiving alerts only by email? No problem. You can adjust your preferences at any time on your desktop or in the Mobile App by disabling Security Alerts via Push, as described below.
