We wanted to give you a quick heads up about a not-so-fantastic thing happening lately. Some PCU members are getting texts claiming their debit cards are on pause due to fraud – total baloney! But don't worry, we're here to clear things up!

Here's the scoop: if you ever get a suspicious text, don't stress! We'll never contact you for sensitive info that way. Instead, hit us up directly via phone or chat, and we'll sort it out together.

What would a fraud alert text from PCU look like? A PCU fraud alert text will give you the option to confirm and validate any recent transaction that may have caught our fraud team's attention.
